Radek Ksiezopolski joined tbi bank in 2026. He brings over two decades of experience in the banking sector, gained on C-level positions within large international groups, including Credit Agricole and Société Générale’s banks, and most recently served as Group CFO in banks owned by British private equity Anacap.  

At tbi, as Group CFO he is responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy, and as COO overseeing operations.

He is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and the Polish Wrocław University of Economics and Business, where he also obtained a PhD in banking management. He also holds an MSc (Eng.) in Automation and Robotics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

He previously received regulatory approval for board positions from the European Central Bank and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and is currently approved by the relevant local financial regulator BNB.
