Lucie brings over 25 years of international experience in human resources across the financial services, telecommunications, and technology sectors. Throughout her career, she has focused on building strong leadership teams, developing modern people practices, and helping organizations navigate growth and transformation.

Prior to joining tbi, Lucie served as Chief People Officer at Home Credit Group, focused on consumer finance in Asia. She spent 12 years in several senior group HR leadership roles at UniCredit Group, based in Milan and Vienna. Earlier in her career, Lucie worked in HR project management focusing on change and technology, she also spent five years helping build the third mobile operator in the Czech Republic, gaining experience in a fast-growing and highly competitive environment.

Lucie holds an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University. She is also an ICF-accredited coach and has participated in several executive development programs, including Stakeholder Management for Boards and Sustainable Business Transformation at IMD.

Outside of work, Lucie enjoys travelling, snowboarding, and reading. She enjoys exploring new cultures with her family and likes to unwind with a good book, especially on topics such as leadership, psychology, and personal development.
