As Chief Product Officer, she leads the retail product development strategy across the Group, spearheading digital lending solutions, embedded finance products, and innovative payment methods that enhance both customer and merchant experiences.

Laura holds a degree in Economics and has further deepened her expertise through Harvard’s FinTech program, along with earning a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification. She is passionate about leveraging technology to drive financial inclusion and make access to credit simpler and more seamless.
