Igor leads our Payment and Commerce Business, shaping daily banking, card products and consumer finance. 

He brings over 30 years of experience in banking and fintech across 4 markets, and has served as deputy CEO and CEO. He created one of the first instalment card products in Europe – “Halva”- which reached an issuance of more than 10 million cards. Igor builds ecosystems where payments, shopping, and financing come together into a single, seamless customer experience. 

Igor holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Belarusian State Economic University.

An avid sport fisherman, Igor has landed trophy catches across multiple continents – all safely photographed and released back into the wild.
