Csongor Nemeth is a senior banking executive and advisor with more than two decades of leadership experience across Central and South-Eastern Europe. He previously served as Group CEO, and earlier as COO/CCBO of Addiko Bank AG, where he led a multi-country organization of over 2,800 employees and delivered a consistent track record of strategic, financial, and operational improvement. His earlier leadership roles at Sberbank Europe AG, CIB Bank (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), and Budapest Bank (GE Money) further strengthened his expertise in SME and retail banking, risk management, and large-scale transformation.  

His leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, respect, humility, and clarity, supported by a strong belief in accountability and empowerment. He is committed to building high-performing teams, fostering transparent communication, and ensuring disciplined execution of strategic priorities. He is married and a father of three sons.
