Borislava is our Chief Finance & Operations Officer with over 25 years of experience across finance, operations, and large-scale business transformation in both FMCG and financial services.

She joins us from Devin, one of the largest FMCG companies in Bulgaria, where she spent 16 years in leadership roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer and, for the last 6 years, as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Committee of its European parent group, driving the company’s strategic and operational performance across the business.

Before that, Borislava spent 12 years at PwC Southeast Europe, where she advised banks and other financial institutions across multiple markets in the region, focusing on finance, operations, and transformation projects.

She brings a strong mix of financial expertise, operational leadership, and transformation experience.

Outside of work, Borislava is an avid reader and explorer always seeking new perspectives, whether through the pages of a book or across new destinations around the world.
