We are the most valued employer among the banks in Bulgaria and in top 5 among all companies for the second consecutive year, the annual ‘Most Valued Employers in Bulgaria’ ranking shows. The ranking is based on independent reviews from current and former employees on the leading career platform in Bulgaria – Kaderabotim.bg.

This year, only 20 companies meet the criteria for inclusion in the ranking, compared to 40 in 2023. This highlights the significance of the success of those who are ranked now, as they stand out with positive feedback from employees in a more competitive environment.

Based on reviews, we significantly outperform the average scores. Notably, 89% of respondents said they would recommend us as an employer to friends and acquaintances. We achieved the highest score for its “Corporate Culture and Values”, closely followed by its “Development Opportunities” and “Remuneration Satisfaction”.

These results align with our internal employee surveys. A recent study on new hires’ satisfaction revealed that 98% felt welcomed and well-supported by their managers during their first week, and 95% rated the feedback and guidance from their managers as excellent. Both our internal surveys and the Kaderabotim ranking highlight that the organizational culture, values, and people are the core drivers of our business success.

Methodology:

* The ranking on the leading career platform Kaderabotim.bg is based on real employee evaluations across various criteria, including overall rating (70%), development opportunities, compensation, work-life balance, management, corporate culture and values (each with a 6% weight). For the latest ranking, the evaluations were collected between November 16, 2023, and October 31, 2024. Companies can be included in the ranking once they receive at least 30 employee reviews within a year on the Kaderabotim.bg website. This means there is no predefined list of companies participating based on their declared intent. The ranking is entirely driven by user activity on the platform and their ratings based on their experience with employers.
